Fabrice Patrizio is a Partner in our restructuring & insolvency, litigation & arbitration and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. Fabrice brings clients the benefits of over two decades of experience in restructuring, financial restructuring and insolvency. He has provided transactional and litigation services on some of the most significant restructuring matters in France. He also has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions pertaining to listed and unlisted companies, distressed companies, and family businesses. Prior to joining Archers, Fabrice Patrizio was a Partner at Orrick. He previously practiced for two years in the US and has been listed for many years as a Leading Individual for Restructuring by leading legal benchmark publications such as Chambers.
