Fabrice Maraux is a Senior Partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions and wealth management teams. Fabrice brings clients the benefits of 25-plus years’ experience of advising clients on the legal and tax issues involved in a wide range of transactions. He advises on domestic and cross-border corporate partnerships, transfers and takeovers, shareholders’ agreements, complex contracts, Dutreil agreements, estate planning and more, for companies and their directors and officers. He also organises and structures professional and non-professional assets. Fabrice was a Partner at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for a decade, and at Jeantet for six years, prior to joining Archers in 2009.
