John Shore Bio

John has more than 30 years of experience representing companies, business owners, investors and other individuals, as well as tax exempt organizations. Clients appreciate his pragmatic approach and his ability to focus on the task at hand. He assists with business law matters including business formations, corporate governance, obtaining start-up and ongoing debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, business succession planning, commercial transactions, and joint venture, supply, distribution, employment and other contractual arrangements. He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate sale, purchase and leasing transactions. Many of John's clients are in the health care industry. He represents physicians and dentists, physician and dental groups and managed care organizations. Corporate health care law is highly regulated and dynamic, but John enjoys the challenge and finds it rewarding to work with those in the health care industry.
