Danielle understands who her clients are, what their business is and what they need. Clients appreciate that she is personable, compassionate, and realistic about what can be achieved. As a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Service Group, Danielle advises companies and business owners on a variety of complex legal and business matters, including business formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions across multiple industries. She assists clients by drafting and negotiating contracts, including stock purchase and asset purchase agreements, reviewing various transaction documents and performing due diligence. In addition to her corporate practice, Danielle assists clients with commercial real estate matters, including leasing, financing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. Danielle also has experience representing franchisors and franchisees on different franchise matters, including the preparation of franchise agreements and franchise disclosure documents. Outside of the office, Danielle is dedicated to volunteerism and professional growth. She is a graduate of Forward 48.
