With more than three decades of experience, David Zampa has been at the forefront of shaping critical business deals. Dave collaborates closely with a diverse clientele, including medical device clients, life sciences and technology clients, as well as health care providers and healthcare real estate and infrastructure providers. His extensive experience spans both public and private M&A transactions, spin-offs, joint ventures, and other strategic endeavors.
