Alison Levasseur focuses her practice on general corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions for private equity firms and other privately held businesses, as well as public companies. Her experience also includes advising both public and private company clients on drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, and master services agreements. Additionally, Alison counsels private equity and venture-backed clients on debt and equity financings and corporate governance matters. Alison frequently represents clients in M&A transactions in the aerospace, defense, technology, and health care sectors. Alison was recognized in the 2022–2024 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® for her work in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Law. In 2024, Alison received the Daily Report’s “On the Rise” award, which honors the Southeast’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40. The Deal distinguished Alison on its list of 2023 “Top Women in Dealmaking” and as a “Top Rising Star” on its 2021 list of U.S.-based, M&A-focused partners. In 2019, Alison was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine in the Business & Corporate category.
