Timothy represents domestic and international fund sponsors on a broad array of investments and transactions. His practice encompasses investment funds and complex corporate transactions, including public and private mergers & acquisitions (M&A), asset manager M&A, GP-led restructurings and other secondaries transactions, and advice to institutional investors and sovereigns. Timothy has extensive experience representing investment funds, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in M&A, capital markets, unorthodox restructurings, recapitalizations and transformative strategic transactions. Timothy also represents fund managers and lead investors in fund secondary transactions (including GP-led fund restructurings) involving direct and indirect dispositions and restructurings of single- and multi-asset portfolios. With clients across sectors, Timothy’s representations have included investments and transactions in telecom, media & technology (TMT), commercial real estate, health care, insurance, industrials, marketing and investment management & private equity. Timothy received his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Harvard University.
