Stephen Rosen Bio

Stephen is a partner in the London corporate practice and a member of the firm’s technology transactions group. He acts as a trusted adviser to founders, high-growth companies, investors and management teams on corporate transactions. He has particular expertise on company sales and purchases, cross border mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and vc financings across a range of industry sectors. Stephen has been included in The Legal 500 UK’s Hall of Fame. Prior to joining Akin, Stephen was head of corporate, London, at another U.S. headquartered law firm.
