Josh focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and general corporate governance matters. He has represented publicly held and privately owned U.S. and multinational companies on a broad range of transactional matters, including public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures and strategic partnerships, as well as other corporate governance matters. Josh advises clients in a variety of industries, including energy & infrastructure, financial services technology, commercial finance, chemicals, technology, craft brewing and real estate.
