Andy advises private equity, infrastructure and other investors in complex mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), structured equity transactions and management equity arrangements. He has experience across sectors, including conventional power & renewable energy, information technology, health care, manufacturing, consumer products and financial and business services. In addition, Andy advises portfolio companies in transactions and ongoing corporate counseling.
