Alan Feld Bio

Alan has a diverse domestic and international practice focused on a variety of securities and corporate matters, including public registered offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, corporate finance, liability management transactions and special situations, minority investments and securities law compliance. Alan also has extensive experience in the corporate and securities law aspects of highly complex financial and organizational restructurings, including by acting as counsel to companies, creditors and other investors in distressed transactions and in Chapter 11 reorganizations. Earlier in his career, Alan practiced in Buenos Aires with another leading international law firm. He has extensive experience with Latin American and emerging markets’ corporate and capital markets transactions, and has represented foreign private and state-owned companies, sovereign states and domestic issuers, investment banks and private equity sponsors, including in connection with domestic and international initial public and high-yield offerings and American Depository Receipt programs.
