Thomas John Holton advises on the international application of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulations. He advises numerous non-U.S. asset managers on compliance. He also assists with launching and restructuring private equity funds, hedge funds and real estate partnerships. Advising numerous funds targeting emerging markets including Asian, African, South American and Middle Eastern markets, John has particular experience with Indian private equity fund launches. Over the course of his career, John has established a global reputation for a diverse U.S. and international investment funds practice.
