Ryan Cox advises public and private companies and investors in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including initial and secondary offerings of common, preferred and convertible securities, Rule 144A offerings, rights offerings and shelf registrations. He also structures alternative financing transactions, including reverse-mergers and private investments in public equity (PIPEs). Ryan regularly counsels clients on corporate governance, securities compliance and SEC reporting issues. He also advises on M&A transactions, venture financings, recapitalizations and restructurings. Ryan previously served as the co-chair of the Capital Markets and Securities team at another law firm. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, Dallas/Fort Worth.
