Kenneth Alberstadt is a senior member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Ken’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity, venture capital transactions, and emerging company representation. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions and in connection with partnerships and joint ventures. Ken has done extensive work in the technology, defense/aerospace, pharma services, consumer products, cannabis, environmental services, media/entertainment, restaurant, and financial services industries, among others. Ken’s clients include CafeX Communications, Centre Partners, Indigo Capital, Lowell Farms, Mercury Systems, Vector Media, Vermont Cider Company, and Wedderspoon Organic. Ken advises clients in connection with initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, Rule 144A offerings, consent solicitations and other equity and debt transactions. Ken works closely with the firm’s foreign private issuer clients in connection with the offering of securities in the U.S. markets. He also has extensive experience in reporting and corporate governance matters and has served as outside general counsel to several public companies. Ken is also active in the firm’s Latin America & the Caribbean Practice.
