Gabriela Botifoll Bio

Gabriela Botifoll focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. She represents publicly traded and privately held companies and private equity firms in a variety of complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters. She also brings in-house legal counsel experience to her practice, having served as director, senior associate counsel at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where she advised on matters relating to M&A, financings, corporate governance, and securities.
