Scott Mulcahy Bio

Scott Mulcahy is a managing director at XMS Capital Partners with over 27 years of investment banking experience. Scott joined XMS after a 16-year career at Morgan Stanley where he rose from analyst to managing director. At XMS, Scott has advised myriad clients on complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across multiple industries including industrial technology, business and industrial services, aftermarket, transportation, healthcare and technology. He is the former head of Industrial Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley in the Midwest and he worked extensively with private equity clients and their portfolio companies while based in New York and Chicago. Scott graduated from the University of Notre Dame with B.B.A. summa cum laude and earned an MBA with Honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
