Sidarth Balaji is a Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking group. His investment banking experience includes merger and acquisition advisory, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory assignments for privately held and family-owned businesses, portfolio companies of private equity firms, and divisions of large corporate parents. Sidarth has advised companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, diversified industrials, plastics, and metals. Prior to joining Stout, he was an Associate at Global Silicon Valley Advisors (GSV), a boutique investment bank providing acquisition, strategic advisory, and private placement services to companies in the education and human resources technology sectors. Also at GSV, Sidarth conducted due diligence on direct investment opportunities and supported portfolio companies for GSV's early-stage venture fund. Previously, he was an Analyst on the Corporate Development team at UnitedHealth Group / Optum, where he evaluated and executed acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and minority investments across healthcare services and technology.
