Sid Chhabria is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. Sid brings over 15 years of strategic advisory experience with an emphasis on environmental and industrial services, as well as transportation and logistics. He has closed over 80 M&A and capital raising transactions valued in excess of $30 billion across a broad range of sponsor-owned portfolio companies, founder-owned businesses, and public companies. Prior to joining Stout, Sid led M&A, strategic planning, infrastructure development, and waste-by-rail as a Corporate Vice President for Republic Services, one of the largest environmental service companies in North America. Prior to Republic, Sid spent over 10 years as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Securities (formerly Merrill Lynch) serving clients in the diversified industrial and services sectors. Sid began his career as an oil, gas & petrochemical consultant at Siemens.
