Santiago Izaguirre is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group and a senior member of the global technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) practice. He is based in Stout’s London office. Santiago is responsible for corporate finance and M&A advisory services covering TMT and life sciences industries with particular focus on SaaS, telecoms, fintech, regtech, mobile internet, digital media, and technology-based healthcare sectors. Santiago’s experience includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, turnarounds and restructurings, equity and debt financing, board advisory, and principal investments. Representative clients and transaction experience include The World Bank, AT&T, WPP, Level 3, Telmex, Global Crossing, H.I.G. Capital, NTT Docomo, AOL and ECOM Trading. Prior to joining Stout, Santiago was a Managing Director at Park Partners, a leading advisory firm where he led the TMT and life sciences practice. Before Park Partners, Santiago served as a senior executive at Fraser Finance LLP and Heritage Capital (the investment banking arm of Banque Heritage) Santiago is also an active angel investor and member of the Executive Committee of HBS Alumni Angels, a Harvard University affiliate group committed to invest in early-stage and growing businesses within the U.K. and European Union. He has served in the Board of MoneyBaba Ltd., a leading emerging-markets lender currently backed by Duet Private Equity and EMEA Capital Ltd.
