John Lahti is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group and is focused on Diversified Industrial transactions. His investment banking experience includes mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. John also executes private market financing transactions, including raising senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for a variety of corporate purposes. He has closed over 50 M&A and financing transactions. John’s experience spans a range of industrial and consumer sectors, including material handling, capital equipment, wood products, firearms, and food and beverage. Representative clients include Pallet USA, PB Heat, Blackthorne Parrtners, Huron Capital, Cubic Designs, Grainger, Heartland Steel Products, Hoodmart and Sellstrom Manufacturing. John has been an investment banker since 2000 and has worked in New York, Chicago, and Dallas. His initial tenure at Stout was from 2004 to 2008. John later rejoined Stout in 2018.
