Bio

Chris Hannah is a Director in the Investment Banking group. His investment banking experience includes mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments for privately held, middle market companies and publicly traded corporations. He works closely on all aspects of a transaction, including valuation, preparation of offering materials, marketing to potential interested parties, due diligence, and structuring. Prior to joining Stout, Chris previously worked at HS Holdings LLC, a middle market private equity firm focused on industrials, business services, and healthcare services. In that capacity, he led the sourcing and execution of several transactions. Prior to HS Holdings, he worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Houlihan Lokey were he focused on a range of transactions from $50 million up to $500 million. Previous to that, he spent several years with PwC LLP in the firm's M&A transactions services group working with both public and private companies within a broad range of industries. Chris began his career with KPMG LLP within its audit group.
