Arthur Lo is a Managing Director within the Investment Banking group and is based out of Stout’s Singapore office. Arthur possesses extensive merger and acquisition (M&A), strategy, and finance and operations experience, including leading key M&A and joint venture initiatives, end-to-end covering strategy sessions, opportunity identification, deal structuring to meet unique client needs, valuation, and transaction-execution expertise. In addition, he has extensive expertise in designing and instituting large transformational and re-engineering programs that optimize profitability and operational processes for the clients whom he serves. Arthur also has extensive experience in leading and managing regional finance functions, covering business planning, treasury, and financial controls. Previously, Arthur was a Program Director at Citibank responsible for the large-scale re-engineering of Citibank’s Consumer Banking businesses. He also served as CFO for Citibank Asia-Pacific’s Retail Bank, as well as CFO for Citibank-SPDB’s Credit Card Center. Prior to Citi, Arthur was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
