Tak-Wai Tse Bio

Tak-Wai Tse is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Advisory, Greater China at Rothschild & Co in Hong Kong. He joined Rothschild & Co in 2018 and has over 21 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Rothschild & Co, Tak-Wai was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley based in Hong Kong, where he worked in the M&A department. He also covered Hong Kong corporate and private equity clients. Tak-Wai started his career as an M&A banker at Morgan Stanley in London in 2002 and relocated to Hong Kong office in 2011. He received a Masters of Science degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
