Simon Barnes is a Managing Director and heads Rothschild & Co’s coverage across infrastructure, transport, renewables and energy transition in Australia. Simon is a CFA Charterholder and is based in the Sydney office. Simon has over 20 years of corporate advisory and investment banking experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. During this time Simon has worked across public and private markets M&A, capital raisings, project financing, creation of joint venture partnerships, PPPs and strategic advice to governments.
