Tilin Chen serves as a Director, Investment Banking at ROTH, where she plays a vital role in the development of the firm's energy/oil and gas investment banking practice. Her responsibilities encompass cultivating client relationships, strategic planning, and overseeing transaction management and execution. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, Ms. Chen held the position of Managing Director at C. K. Cooper & Company, where she led and directed their energy/oil and gas practice for a duration of over 15 years. Under her guidance, the firm successfully closed on transactions valued at $4 billion, with a primary focus on the oil and gas industry. Before her role at C. K. Cooper & Company, Ms. Chen obtained over ten years of experience in the financial services industry in Panama. During this time, she specialized in the development of ancillary financial services, particularly in equipment leasing, auto leasing, and insurance. Ms. Chen obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama City, Panama. Furthermore, she holds an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
