Dave Donohoe is a Managing Director, Investment Banking for Roth Capital Partnerswhere he assists issuers in connection with equity and debt offerings and advises on merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Donohoe is also President of Donohoe Advisory Associates LLC, which specializes in advising companies on stock exchange listing matters and related corporate governance issues. Since founding Donohoe Advisory in July 2004, Mr. Donohoe has represented well over 300 companies in listing proceedings before NASDAQ Stock Market, the American Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. He has also assisted dozens of other issuers and law firms in connection with the structuring of financing and merger and acquisition transactions. He also regularly assists issuer in obtaining listings on national stock exchanges.
