As Managing Director at Pinecrest Capital Partners, Mr. Renkes is responsible for advising sellers and buyers on mergers and acquisitions and companies on strategic and growth initiatives and capital raising. Mr. Renkes has extensive experience in healthcare, business services, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer services, products, and retail companies. Prior to forming Pinecrest, he has held roles at several notable financial institutions, including Vice President at NexBank Capital, Associate at Energy Transfer Partners and Senior Associate at KPMG Transaction Services. Mr. Renkes graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza Business School with a bachelor of business administration in Accountancy. He has earned the CFA designation and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
