Orit Mizrachi Bio

Orit Mizrachi is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit team, where she serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Middle Market Direct Lending strategy. In her role, Orit oversees all operational, compliance, and legal activities for this strategy. In addition, Ms. Mizrachi serves as Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit business development companies. Ms. Mizrachi joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has over 25 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining, Ms. Mizrachi was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group and served as Chief Operating Officer of TCG BDC II and TCG BDC, Inc. Prior to her appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Mizrachi was involved in various roles across Carlyle, including Director of Operations for the Carlyle Credit platform. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group L.P., Ms. Mizrachi worked in the hedge fund industry as the Chief Financial Officer of Carlyle Blue Wave Management L.P. and as controller at Sagamore Hill Capital Management L.P., each a multi-strategy hedge fund. Ms. Mizrachi started her career at Goldstein Golub & Kessler LLP as an auditor in their financial services group. Ms. Mizrachi received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from State University of New York at Albany.
