Bio

David Thompson is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. Mr. Thompson joined Morgan Stanley in 2009 and has been a member of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) since 2011. He previously worked as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of the firm’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Thompson currently serves on the board of directors of PPC Flexible Packaging, Educate 360 and AWT Labels & Packaging, and previously served on the board of directors of Cadence Education. Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
