Rita Lei Bio

Rita is the Head of the Technology Vertical at MCF Corporate Finance, bringing over a decade of expertise in capital raising and M&A within the software and technology sectors across Europe. Before joining MCF, Rita served as Managing Director at Torch Partners, where she spent 13 years advising clients on strategic financial transactions. Rita holds a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from the Sainsbury Laboratory.
