Jussi Vuorinen Bio

Jussi Vuorinen is a Partner at MCF Corporate Finance and brings over 20 years of Nordic M&A experience, with particular expertise in the forestry and paper sectors. Since joining MCF in 2005, he has been instrumental in advising on complex transactions across the Nordic region. Prior to MCF, he worked at Nordea Corporate Finance and the Helsinki-based management consulting firm August Associates. Jussi holds a master’s degree in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics (Aalto University) and has also completed studies at the London School of Economics.
