Ian Henderson Bio

Ian Henderson founded the MCF London office in 2003 and brings over 30 years of experience in international M&A, with a focus on the utilities and manufacturing industries, as well as private equity-related transactions. Prior to MCF, Ian worked in Arthur Andersen’s corporate tax advisory team, where he qualified as an ACA. He has held several senior positions, including Director and Head of the Private Equity sector team at Nordea Securities (formerly Maizels Westerberg & Co.). Ian holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
