Hans-Christoph Stadel is the Executive Chairman of MCF Corporate Finance and co-founder of the firm, which he established in 1994 following a management buyout with Hans Hermann Münchmeyer. With over 30 years of international M&A experience, Hans-Christoph previously served as M&A Executive for Finnish and German transactions at Enskilda Securities in London and as Managing Director of Enskilda (Deutschland) GmbH. He holds an MBA from the European School of Management Studies in Paris, Oxford, and Berlin, and completed a two-year apprenticeship at Vereins- und Westbank in Hamburg. Additionally, he serves as the Honorary Consul for Finland in Hamburg.
