Hans-Christoph Stadel holds an MBA from European School of Management Studies in Paris, Oxford and Berlin, having previously completed a two-year apprenticeship at the Vereins- und Westbank, Hamburg. Hans-Christoph brings with him over 30 years of international M&A experience, previously working as M&A Executive of Finnish and German transactions at Enskilda Securities in London and as Managing Director of Enskilda (Deutschland) GmbH. In 1994, Hans-Christoph and Hans Hermann Münchmeyer conducted an MBO and co-founded MCF Corporate Finance. Currently, Hans-Christoph serves as Managing Partner at MCF. In addition, Hans-Christoph is the Honorary Consul for Finland in Hamburg.
