Dr Sven Harmsen Bio

Sven Harmsen is the Head of Industrials at MCF Corporate Finance and is a highly regarded investment banker in the sector, with a track record of advising on more than 50 deals over his career. Before joining MCF in 2023, Sven led the German Industrials team at Alantra and held senior roles at BAIRD, Raymond James, and Drueker & CP./Leonardo & Co. (now Houlihan Lokey). He holds a Master’s degree (Dipl-Ing) in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Berlin, a Master of Management Studies from Carleton University in Ottawa, and a Dr. rer. pol. from Humboldt University Berlin.
