Justin Pugh is a member of the Power, Renewables, and Energy Transition (“PRET”) team at FTI Capital Advisors. Mr. Pugh has more than 15 years of experience in providing strategic, operational, and financial solutions to enterprises and their related stakeholders. During his assignments, Mr. Pugh has served as a fiduciary in an interim management capacity, managed liquidity and liability management strategies on a global basis, prepared and conducted extensive reviews of business plans and financial projections, and assisted in refinancing efforts. He has also provided mergers and acquisitions advisory services, due diligence services to lenders and prospective purchasers, and dispute advisory and expert witness services. Prior to his experiences at FTI Consulting, Mr. Pugh was a Vice President at Deloitte and held roles at three Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, where he helped construct the company’s pan-European supply chain. Before that, he was a portfolio management analyst at a retirement fund, where he was responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of $4 billion in AUM. Mr. Pugh holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation, the Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) designation in the state of Illinois, and the Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”). Further, he holds the FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
