Heath Gray Bio

Heath Gray co-leads the Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) Restructuring practice and specializes in advising public and private companies on operational turnarounds, financial restructurings and M&A transactions. Mr. Gray regularly serves in interim executive roles and as an advisor to management teams, boards of directors, lenders and investors. He has extensive experience with restructuring and M&A in the telecom, media, advertising and technology sectors. Mr. Gray works with companies during periods of transformational change, rapid growth and financial distress. He has deep experience leading companies through out-of-court restructurings and formal bankruptcy proceedings and leading or managing operational and financial due diligence. Mr. Gray is proficient in developing business plans and financial projections, managing cash flow and liquidity and designing and implementing value-creation initiatives, often in conjunction with transactions. Mr. Gray has also served in crisis management roles for companies facing severe financial distress and governmental investigations. Mr. Gray’s recent interim management roles include serving as Chief Restructuring Officer of an e-commerce retailer and software provider, Deputy Chief Restructuring Officer of a leading independent advertising technology company, Chief Financial Officer of a digital out-of-home advertising company and Associate Chief Restructuring Officer for a global ad tech and digital media company. Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Gray worked at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Merrill Lynch.
