Alberto Pamias specializes in corporate and growth strategy as well as operations strategy (business transformation, commercial and technical), due diligence and M&A. Mr. Pamias has 30 years of management consulting and executive experience in the telecommunications and technology industries serving top corporations and governments around the world. Mr. Pamias has advised leading Telecom, Media & Technology ("TMT") companies across their entire lifecycle and his expertise covers many regions, including South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (“CIS”) countries, the Middle East (“ME”) and Asia. Mr. Pamias’s involvement in numerous client assignments includes work in both developed and emerging markets. His engagement in client projects often involves temporarily taking over complete Chief Experience Officer (“CXO”) responsibilities, driving the whole process from strategy conceptualization to large-scale implementation. Mr. Pamias was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique, now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. Mr. Pamias started his career at AT Kearney and before joining Delta Partners, he worked at Oliver Wyman for more than 10 years and was a Managing Partner in a number of geographies where he drove the firm’s expansion into Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS countries and Asia. Mr. Pamias also served as Chief Marketing Officer (“CMO”) and Deputy CEO at Telefonica-O2 for one of its operations in Europe.
