Bio

Mike has over 25 years of experience in financial markets, including 18 years focused on institutional equity sales with both boutique dealers and global investment banks. His experience has been centred around the resource sector (mining, energy), as well as with growth companies in technology, industrial and special situations segments of the market. Mike has worked with corporate management teams on capital markets strategies, capital raising, and corporate messaging, while also building a network of institutional investors across mutual funds, hedge funds, and family offices. Mike holds a BA (Economics) from Western University, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and he is a CFA charter-holder. He also holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations.
