Sandeep has over 20 years of advisory, technology and management experience across Investment banking, corporate banking, ed-tech and manufacturing. Prior to Equirus, he was associated with Wizarth Advisors (later merged with Equirus Capital), a boutique investment banking firm that specialized in financial advisory services for cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to Wizarth, Sandeep has been associated with ICICI Corporate Banking Group, TCYonline.com and Voltas (a Tata Enterprise). Sandeep has successfully closed multiple cross-border M&A transactions in the enterprise tech space.
