Tim is a Director in Capstone Partners’ Consumer Investment Banking Group with a focus on advising companies in the Food & Beverage and Consumer Services sectors. He brings over 10 years of experience advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, and other corporate finance mandates across multiple asset classes including public and private companies and intellectual property. Tim has amassed broad experience across industries including technology (semiconductor, medical device, wireless communication), business services, consumer, and retail, with significant depth in food & beverage. Over the course of his career, he has advised on transactions with aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.
