Scott Alvarez Bio

Scott is a Vice President at Capstone Partners with over six years of middle market M&A experience. He is responsible for all aspects of deal execution including company analysis, financial modeling, material preparation, due diligence, and buyer negotiations. In his career thus far, Scott has participated in over $1 billion of cumulative transaction value across a variety of industries including industrial services, packaging, food & beverage, specialty rental, niche manufacturing, and value-added distribution. Prior to joining Capstone, Scott was a senior analyst at Eide Bailly, a national accounting firm. During his tenure at Eide Bailly, he worked on a variety of transaction advisory engagements including valuations, QOE due diligence, ESOPs, and sell-side M&A transactions.
