He brings over 10 years of experience advising companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and has successfully executed numerous corporate finance mandates. Raj has navigated complex situations within varying industries including technology, energy, consumer and retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Over the course of his career, he has advised on transactions with aggregate value in excess of $5 Billion.
