Paul Janson Bio

Paul brings over 25 years of executive experience to Capstone Partners’ management team. As Co-Head of Investment Banking, he oversees all mergers and acquisitions advisory activity across the firm, from deal origination to execution and closing. Paul leads the firm’s Investment Banking Committee, which reviews all transactions as they are sourced. As an active investment banker himself, he maintains a specialized focus in the telecommunications services, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. Previously, Paul served as President and CEO of Camiant, a leading player in the Packet Cable Multimedia broadband space. He was also CEO of Worldbridge Broadband Services Inc., which was the largest technical services company in the Broadband and telecommunications space before its sale to C-Cor. Paul then became President of C-Cor’s Global Services Division.
