Justin is a Senior Director in Capstone’s Private Capital Markets group. He brings over 15 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions in the Aerospace & Defense industry, where he has led or supported over $10B of total deal sizes. Prior to joining Capstone, Justin founded the Aerospace & Defense practice at a middle market boutique investment bank, having spent most of his career in corporate development, leading M&A and strategy for AeroVironment, Elbit Systems and Northrop Grumman. After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and prior to his career in finance, Justin served for 10 years as a US Navy SEAL officer, with multi-deployments to 3 different continents.
