Conner Hawes Bio

Conner is a Vice President in Capstone Partners’ Corporate Investment Banking Group. Based in Denver, CO, he is responsible for all aspects of deal execution, including company and financial analysis, material preparation, management presentations, due diligence, and buyer negotiations. He brings a diverse background of leadership and industry experience in financial technology, accounting, finance, and business & operations strategy. His M&A experiences include a variety of industries, namely FinTech & Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Industrials & Manufacturing, Business Services, and Cybersecurity. After beginning his career with Capstone Partners, Conner gained additional experience in corporate development and strategy with SpotOn, a leading cloud-based digital technology platform where he led all M&A and corporate strategy activity for the company.
