Amit is a Director in the Technology Media & Telecom Group at Capstone Partners, where he focuses on M&A advisory for software, Internet and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to joining Capstone in 2016, Amit was a Senior Vice President at Stephens Inc. advising both public and private technology companies on buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as capital markets financing transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and debt. Previously, Amit was a VP in the Technology M&A group at ThinkEquity and an Associate at Lazard.
