Chandler has 25 years of finance and operational experience as an investor, advisor and leader in the lower middle market and private equity. His C suite level experience spans the roles of finance, operations and strategy in a range of industries, and at various stages. His experience as an acquirer, owner and operator of privately held companies and as an active private equity investor provides him with a unique perspective. Having been both a buyer and seller, his experience in leading M&A transactions and equity and debt capital raises, gives him deep experience working with all aspects of successful transaction teams including accountants, attorneys and other resources. Additionally, through his own firm, he continues to manage private equity investments in various categories including consumer goods, media/sports/entertainment and climate/environment. An atypical banker, his approach is similarly atypical-to utilize his unique background and proprietary relationships to create a tailored, successful transaction that meets the client’s objectives. Chandler received a BBA from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, is registered with FINRA and holds Series 63 and Series 79 licenses with Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation. He is actively involved in the Santa Barbara community including currently serving on the finance committee and board of Community Environmental Council. An outdoor enthusiast, Chandler enjoys cycling, hiking, tennis and spending time in the beautiful environment that is Southern California. Raised in North Carolina, he resides in Santa Barbara with his wife Nicole.
