Bio

Mr. Goldman is a Director of Blue Beacon. He has spent more than 15 years as an investment banker, advising leading companies on strategic and financial issues in more than 100 completed transactions totaling more than $10 billion in value. He was formerly with Citigroup's TMT Group, where he led the U.S. Technology and Communications industry team. Prior to that time, Mr. Goldman held investment banking positions of increasing responsibility with Piper Jaffray and Brown Brothers. Having focused exclusively on the technology and communications sectors for the last dozen years, Mr. Goldman has extensive knowledge of and a significant network of relationships across the industries he covers. Past clients include Microsoft, Oracle, Verizon, EDS, and HP as well as a wide variety of smaller public and privately-held companies. Mr. Goldman received an MBA degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
