Bio

Toshiaki Yokohara is a Managing Director based in Tokyo. He joined BDA as an Analyst in 2007. Over the course of more than 15 years career as a financial advisor, he has advised on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in the automotive, advanced manufacturing and chemical industries for Japanese companies and private equity firms. He also worked at the reorganization/financial advisory team of Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory (DTFA) from 2011 to 2013. He started his career as an Accountant at AIG in 2004. Mr. Yokohara holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Meiji University. He also holds Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
