Suguru Sasaki Bio

Suguru Sasaki is a Managing Director based in Tokyo. Before joining BDA, he focused exclusively on advising clients on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions at Greenhill & Co. for 10 years. He has advised Japanese companies in a wide range of industries, such as HR services, Technology, Consumer & Retail with his extensive experience advising and executing M&A transactions. Mr. Sasaki started his career at Financial Business Unit (nka. Corporate Development Business Unit) of Mitsui & Co. in 2006, where he worked as a commodity derivative trader in precious metal market. He holds a BA in Engineering from the University of Tokyo. He is fluent in Japanese and English.
